The World Affairs Council of Charlotte invites you to an exclusive private dinner on Wednesday, October 14, with the leaders who run American Airlines’ Charlotte hub day in and day out: Ralph Lopez Massas, Senior Vice President of CLT Operations and Michael Wanner, Vice President of CLT Operations.

Ralph has spent 31 years moving through some of American’s most critical posts, leading its largest international gateway in Miami and directing operations from London to Boston to New York along the way. Michael brings 30-plus years in aviation and has spent recent years improving CLT’s on-time performance and reliability from the inside.

They’ll speak candidly about what it actually takes to run one of the world’s busiest airline hubs and how CLT connects the Carolinas to the globe.
