International Women’s Day 2021 – Equality for Women Drives Global Economic Impact and Improves ROE

In celebration of International Women’s Day, LJ Stambuk, CEO of the World Affairs Council of Charlotte and Rina Arline, managing director at Bank of America, will host an engaging virtual session with Savita Subramanian, managing director – head of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Research and head of U.S. Equity and Quantitative Strategy.

Savita will discuss how equality for women drives economic impact and improves ROE for firms across the globe. Savita Subramanian is the head of U.S. Equity and Quantitative Strategy at BofA Global Research. She is responsible for recommending U.S. sector allocations for equities and determining forecasts for the S&P 500 and other major U.S. indices, as well as developing and marketing the firm’s quantitative equity strategy to institutional and individual clients. She also leads Global Research’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) efforts.

Subramanian received a bachelor’s degree with a double major of mathematics and philosophy with honors from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia University.
