Join the World Affairs Council of Charlotte as we partner with Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen to learn about culinary diplomacy and prepare a delicious falafel dinner!
Not sure what to do with all those dry beans in your pantry?
Chef Alyssa will cover how to make classic chickpea falafel and then how to go about making them with other varieties of beans, using fresh herbs and spices, and what combinations complement the overall dish.
