On April 5, join YPWACC for the first session of a new program series, Drink About It, at Free Range Brewing in NoDa.
The first session, “Citizen Diplomacy,” will be a moderated conversation between our panel of experts, which features:
  • Johnelle Causwell, Citizen Diplomacy Program Director, International House
  • Alexis Gordon, International Business Manager & Chief of Protocol, City of Charlotte
  • Jennifer Roberts, former Mayor of the City of Charlotte
  • L.J. Stambuk, President and CEO, World Affairs Council of Charlotte
Citizen Diplomacy is exactly what it sounds like – the connections and mutually beneficial dialogue everyday citizens engage in in daily life that help shape U.S. foreign relations.
After brief remarks, we welcome and encourage open conversations between the panelists and attendees.
