WorldQuest

The World Affairs Council of Charlotte launched WorldQuest in 1997 as part of its mission to promote global education and awareness. Today, it has grown into a flagship international knowledge competition for councils nationwide.

Teams from local businesses, community groups, nonprofits, and universities come together to test their knowledge of the world, answering questions on global affairs, current events, geography, economics, climate change, national security, technology, geopolitics, history, foreign policy, and more. WorldQuest offers a fun and engaging way to deepen understanding of international issues while fostering teamwork and community engagement.

Bank of America, UNC Charlotte, Atrium Health, Albemarle Corporation, and Infosys support this signature Council program.
