Join The Magellan Society (Young Professionals of the World Affairs Council of Charlotte) for a special Adventures in Dining Cooking Class, limited to 12 individuals.
Alexis Gordon, TMS Advisory Committee Member, spent several years in Holland for her graduate studies and continues to visit the region regularly. She will share her culinary secrets in a fun and entertaining atmosphere for this hands-on, Dutch-themed class.
Participants will learn techniques for making items such as hutspot and kibbeling, and olliebollen for dessert! The instructional class will be followed by dinner and wine.
